We invite interested candidates to apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
Applications must be submitted exclusively through ERAS — we do not accept applications by mail, fax, or email.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school
  • Graduates of international or U.S. territory schools considered individually
  • International medical graduates must be ECFMG-certified
  • Must be eligible for a Louisiana medical license. Click the link below to determine eligibility.

  • ERAS Common Application
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Personal Statement
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Official Medical School Transcript
  • USMLE Step 1 & 2 or COMLEX Level 1 & 2 (passing scores required)
  • Photograph
 

Selection Process:

Our program director and faculty review all completed applications. Selected candidates are invited to interview.
