We invite interested candidates to apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
Applications must be submitted exclusively through ERAS — we do not accept applications by mail, fax, or email.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school
- Graduates of international or U.S. territory schools considered individually
- International medical graduates must be ECFMG-certified
- Must be eligible for a Louisiana medical license. Click the link below to determine eligibility.
- We participate in the National Resident Matching Program and abide by its rules and regulations.

- Personal Statement
- Three letters of recommendation
- Official Medical School Transcript
- USMLE Step 1 & 2 or COMLEX Level 1 & 2 (passing scores required)

Selection Process:
Our program director and faculty review all completed applications. Selected candidates are invited to interview.
